Azelaic Acid at 15% is the clinical standard for treating active acne, fading the dark marks it leaves behind, and calming the redness that comes with it — all without bleaching the surrounding skin. This is the formula for skin that is dealing with breakouts and their aftermath at the same time, especially on deeper skin tones where post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is the longer battle.

How it works

Azelaic acid 15% does three jobs at once. It fights the bacteria that cause breakouts, it calms redness and swelling, and it fades the dark marks acne leaves behind by targeting only overactive pigment cells, not your natural skin tone. A ceramide complex and squalane protect the skin barrier, while polyglutamic acid, hyaluronic acid and panthenol keep skin comfortable and hydrated as it works.

Directions

Start 3 times a week, then increase to once or twice daily as your skin tolerates it. Apply to the face and neck, or as a spot treatment, on cleansed skin. Follow with moisturiser. Always use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ during the day.
